Cancellation

In the event of a service cancellation, drivers are asked to return all unused products and provided equipment. Cargo will provide the return shipping labels. Any unreturned items and equipment will result in a fee.

 

We ask that the box be returned within seven days of deactivation, and facilitate the return with the pre-paid shipping label that can be processed through UPS services. There is an Unreturned Equipment Fee that will be applied if the box is not returned within this time, but the charge will be refunded if the box is eventually returned.
